This Site is operated by the manufacturer, Thursday Poles, LLC (“Thursday Poles”), and the content on this Site is owned by Thursday Poles, its affiliated companies, or third parties that post on this Site through a license from Thursday Poles. Thursday Poles assumes no responsibility for any content provided by third parties.

Notice Regarding Separate, Independent Companies

Thursday Poles manufactures poles, and sells those products to independent distributors and directly to public and privately owned utilities. Those distributors in turn resell those products to their customers. Thursday Poles is not involved in the contracts between those distributors and their customers, and is not a party to any contracts between the distributors and their customers, expressly or impliedly.

Thursday Poles does not guarantee any contracts between distributors and their customers or any other obligations or commitments of such distributors, and affirmatively disclaims any liability with respect to such services, obligations, or commitments. Thursday Poles provides a warranty with its poles, and its liability to any distributor or public or private utility purchasing a pole either directly from Thursday Poles or from a distributor is strictly limited to the express terms of the warranty issued by Thursday Poles and limited to the customer purchasing that product.

Notice and Disclaimer for Information and Illustrations

Thursday Poles provides the following Notice and Disclaimer to buyers in respect of the information and illustrations contained on websites, brochures, information sheets, and any other written material (hereinafter referred to as “Published Information”):

Measurements and dimensions of all Thursday Poles products may vary from what is contained in the Published Information to the actual measurements and/or dimensions of Thursday Poles products; and
Colors and finishes of all Thursday Poles products may vary from what is contained in the Published Information to the actual colors and finishes of Thursday Poles products.

All lawsuits arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought solely in the federal or state courts located in Marion County, Indiana, United States of America, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts for such purpose.
